Strapping and securing:
H-shaped steel main components are bound with galvanized steel strips (width ≥32mm), spacing ≤1.5m, and EPE buffer pads are added to contact points.
Ultra-long components (≥12m) are fixed by "well" shaped steel frame to avoid shipping turbulence and deformation .
Suitable container:
Standard parts: 40ft high cabinet (HC container, inner size 11.9×2.35×2.69m), the distance between components and box wall ≥10cm and filled with air bags for anti-collision.
Special-shaped parts: open top container (OT) or flat box (FR), the top covered with rainproof canvas and bundled reinforcement.
